Sephora's Paint It Pink set and Ulta's exclusive Urban Decay Urban Essentials Eye Kit

It's spring, and what better way to usher in sunshine and skirt weather than with some pretty pastels?

At this very moment, there are two awesome value sets available at Sephora and Ulta, and I thought I would share with you what is inside each one.

First is Sephora's Paint It Pink, which is a multi-brand box full of (you guessed it) pink items:

This set is $40, and comes with three full-size items: Urban Decay eyeshadow in Scratch; Laura Mercier Velour Lovers Lip Colour in French Kiss; and a BeautyBlender sponge

I didn't take an individual pic of the BeautyBlender. I think you get the idea.

The rest are deluxe samples, which I am super excited to have, because among them are a couple items that I don't mind having and that I wouldn't have bought on their own anyway, like this BECCA Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pressed Rose Gold:

I've heard a TON about BECCA highlighters, but to me they are pricey, because I'm not super into highlighters, and therefore would never bother to spend that much on a full-size one. And I love rose gold.

There is also a deluxe-size of Tarte's Amazonian Clay 12-Hour blush in Blissful:

I do own a full-size blush from Tarte, and it's super pigmented and awesome, but for some reason, I had a lot of trouble swatching Blissful. I'm sure it was an anomaly, but it was kind of a bummer. I will have to use a really stiff brush to pick up product.

And I didn't photograph them, but we also got a deluxe-sized BeneFit Roller Lash (which is currently my favorite mascara), a teeny tiny MUFE Artist Plexi-Gloss in shade 202, and a nail polish from Deborah Lippmann in Baby Love.

BECCA Rose Gold, Tarte Blissful, UD Scratch

Laura Mercier French Kiss, MUFE 202
This box is a tremendous value, considering how the BeautyBlender alone is $20 and the UD eyeshadow is $18, and all of the deluxe-sized items are high quality, on-trend items in decent packaging too - these aren't disposable sample packets or anything. And the variety of products is enough to put together a basic look (with some of your own products, of course) - eyes, lips, cheeks, and nails.

At Ulta, you can find Urban Decay's Urban Essentials Eye Kit, and yes, they are all UD, and they are all eye products, but it's still a tremendous value, because there are six full-size products and a deluxe-sized Primer Potion:

If I'm being honest, what really drew mem to this set is the vault-style box that it comes in. I have no need to buy an actual UD vault (I'm not going to spend hundreds on shades I already own), but I couldn't resist this one.

In addition to the small UDPP, it comes with three full-sized eyeshadows (Bordello, Sellout, and Psychedelic Sister) and three full-sized eyeliners (Demolition, Psychedelic Sister, and Zero). I would need to supplement with some mattes, but otherwise, this is the perfect set of spring eye colors.

Top: Zero, Demolition, Psych Sister
Bottom: Sellout, Bordello, Psych Sister
In fact, if you happened to buy both the Sephora and Ulta sets, you could throw the four UD eyeshadows into one of their empty Build-Your-Own Palettes, and then you'd be good to go.

The Urban Essentials set is $48, and again, it comes with SIX full-sized products and one deluxe-sized one.

Spring is in the air. Are you in love with these sets too?
